Fort Pulaski National Monument
May 15, 2022
One of the most wonderful things about being an artist is the research. Delivering a painting gave me the opportunity to visit Fort Pulaski National Monument. It is between Wilmington Island and Tybee Island in Georgia. So happy to find myself there on a blue, blue day! I am inspired. There will be paintings! Here are just a couple of the photos of a spectacular day of research and inspiration.
If you get the chance to visit Fort Pulaski National Monument, it is well worth you time. The folks there were super nice and you can tell they are great caretakers. Lots of history and pristine landscape. Maybe I will see you there. Look for me; I’m the one with the easel! : )
Thank you for visiting with me,
Michel

I think this Park was beautiful and well maintained. The fort was very interesting along with seeing the people working on the archeological site .
And fun! So beautiful. Had a good time.
I’m living vicariously through all your travels Michel! Keep on keeping on! Your friend Ann

Came home and got started right away. Working in value only right now, just blocking in.

Janet and I had the opportunity to visit the fort. Beautiful location and fabulous history
Makes me want to go back. Too bad I feel Charleston calling. Love reading you storys
We had a fabulous day. Just my kinda sky. Big fluffy clouds and ten blues. : )
And I do believe you have already named that one particular paining! All the blues! I absolutely love them all, but that one speaks to me! That one and the cool pic of Robert talking to the archaeologists! How “Robert” is that?!
