Edisto Island Inspiration

Basking in the Glow of Edisto Island, SC

My new collection of paintings springs from time spent on Edisto Island, SC. Full of sights, sounds and smells of the Lowcountry, the inspiration was everywhere.

If you love basking in natural beauty, I highly recommend a visit! Botany Bay Plantation Heritage Preserve/ Wildlife Management Area was absolutely pristine and well managed. Make sure to stop by the kiosk so that they know you are there.

Here are a few photographs of my inspiration and current collection as it progresses.

This is an awesome page. I love the natural scenes and also your paint and easel photos. I can feel the breeze and smell the mud.

Thank you so much! It is great when the art connects to the viewer the same way it connects with me!
