Artista Vista at Stormwater Studios

Resident Artists put up their annual Spring show

Art Day (April 15 / 10-3) is sponsored by the Vista Guild and Stormwater Studios each year.

Here is the calendar of events for Stormwater Studios.

Gold Leaf with green undertones support the delicate asparagus as the spring up out of the ground.
“Spring Up,” Oil on Metal Leaf, 12×12

“Spring Up” will debut in this show. But, you get to see it here first. I have not been able to perfect getting good photos of my paintings on metal leaf surfaces. It will be worth a look if you get to the show. It is interactive to its surroundings.

Helios, (Greek: “Sun”) in Greek religion, the sun god, sometimes called a Titan. He drove a chariot daily from east to west across the sky and sailed around the northerly stream of Ocean each night in a huge cup.
“Helios,” oil on canvas, 48×24,

“Helios,” 48×24, will also be there. I started this painting last November. Pulled it off the wall for a final turn at the easel. I used my new Japanese painting knives to hit the light under the clouds. Fun, fun, fun.

BACK ON THE EASEL – Neal Portrait – Little John and his Kingly Court.

Please share this on your social media. It is the very best thing you could do to help me. I don’t have social media to use. Relaunch after the hack is slow in progress. Goal for the summer months.

Hey Alice. I was so inspired by their shape. I was working on a 12×12 cradled panel, and place them to get a gauge. These are life-sized! They were beautiful. So is the person who grew them btw! ; ).
