TERMS ARE:

Deposit 1/3 down after the initial planning session. (Once the painting has been completed the deposit is non-refundable)

Full payment due upon delivery of portrait.

Large or complicated portrait requires a second 1/3 payment midway through the project.

Upon completion, the client has one week to ask for minor changes.

These prices do not include sales tax.
